Family Therapy
In family therapy, we work with families and those in close relationships who are experiencing problems.

We explore beliefs, behaviours and relationships to understand the problems they are having. This helps family members communicate better with each other. It can also help families to change, develop and resolve conflict.

Dr Watson can work with people experiencing a range of issues such including:
  • Couple relationship difficulties
  • Mental Health Issue across the life span
  • Child, adolescent and adult behaviour difficulties
  • Illness and disability in the family
  • Separation, divorce and step-family life
  • Addiction
  • Life Cycle changes

The Association of Family Therapy has useful information on family work that can be seen here:
